    No, we do not offer liquid shampoo or conditioner. Being plastic free is an important value to us and we haven't found a way to offer liquid in eco-friendly packaging.

  • Duplicate Orders - Why were my orders combined?

    Our policy is to combine duplicate orders/multiple orders from customers in order to reduce our carbon footprint and packaging materials.
  • How long do the bars last?

    Our bars tend to last 30-60 washes depending on your hair length and intensity of each use. This is the equivalent to two 10oz liquid shampoo bottles.
  • How much do your bars weigh?

    The shampoo is 3.5 oz and the conditioner is 2.8 oz.
  • How quickly will I see results?

  • Safe for Kids?

    Yes, our products are safe to use with kids. For infants or young children we do recommend testing out the bar on a small patch of skin first because their skin can be a little bit more sensitive.

  • Sensitive scalp- safe for sensitive scalps?

    For scalps that are sensitive, prone to breakouts, and other scalp conditions we recommend using our Unscented (Native Essence) shampoo and conditioner bars. 😊
  • Testing - Do your products go through any independent testing?

    To make sure they were safe to use we had a group of about 60 people test our products with the different scents in them to make sure no allergic reactions occurred. Within our group we had 0/60 people have an allergic reaction. This is about the extent of our independent testing.
