  • Can I exchange my products for the new limited edition scent?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for limited edition scents. Keep in mind limited time offers go fast, so if you have any interest at all in the new scent, purchase it as soon as possible.
  • Do I have to pay shipping cost when doing a return or an exchange?

    When you make an order, Viori covers the shipping cost of that order when shipping within the USA and Canada. When a customer wishes to return or make an exchange, we kindly ask that the customer covers the shipping cost to return the order.
