Can I cancel my recurring order?

If you would like to cancel a recurring order, we need at least a 48 hour notice before the payment has processed to try and stop it.
Please email your request to support@viori.com. If the order has not been processed (meaning your card hasn't been charged yet) or shipped yet, we may be able to cancel or edit your order, but we can't guarantee it.

If it has already shipped (meaning it has a tracking number), we unfortunately cannot stop or edit it, but we are happy to help you start the process to return for a refund or exchange if you would like. Please email your request to support@viori.com to request an RMA# and the return address.

*Please note as part of our return policy that customers are responsible for the return shipping expenses.*

Can I change scents before my next order?

We don't have a specific "delete" or "swap" option, but you can cancel the products you don't want to be subscribed to and add on new products.
Here are the steps to swap/change the product on your account:

  1. Log into your account on viori.com
  2. Click manage subscriptions.
  3. Click "Edit" on the product you do not want anymore.
  4. Click image of the product and select "swap product"
  5. Click the product you would like to switch to
  6. Adjust the subscription frequency and select save
  7. If you have multiple subscriptions, go back to the main subscription list and select the next product you would like to edit
