What is your subscription policy?

If you would like to cancel a recurring order, we need at least a 48-hour notice before the payment has processed to try and stop it. Please email your request to support@viori.com. If the order has not been **processed (meaning your card hasn't been charged yet)**or shipped yet, we may be able to cancel or edit your order, but we can't guarantee it.

If it has already shipped (meaning it has a tracking number), we cannot stop or edit it, but we are happy to help you start the process to return for a refund or exchange if you would like. Please email your request to support@viori.com to request an RMA# and the return address. Click here to learn more about our return process.

*Please note as part of our return policy that customers are responsible for the return shipping expenses.*

If you want to make changes, pause, and/or cancel your subscription at any time, from the Viori website click on the top-right menu item called "Account". You can then login with your customer email and modify your subscription. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at support@viori.com
